Chairlift to Heaven

Known locally as the Acchiappanuvole (cloud catcher), Monte Solaro is the highest point on Capri. Reached by a chair lift located right next to the taxi stand in Anna Capri, the imposing summit of mountain offers splendid views that extend across the whole of the island of Capri, the Bay of Naples and the islands of Ischia and Procida.
