Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel

Aside from being an island famous for its club scene, the jagged little paradise in the middle of the azure Mediterranean sea has long been a mecca for passionate creatives looking for some inspiration and a bit of solace.

This summer, Javi and I came to the White Isle to seek refuge in the island’s rocky coves, fabled abodes and cerulean shores.

Both fond of traversing the globe in search of visual feasts, we recently found a new divinely decorated hotel which should be a must-visit for any design-loving traveler.

Sitting in the island’s San Antonio Bay, Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel is an impossibly seductive pink haven.

With glamorous art deco inspired architecture, flamingo-colored walls, and neon lights this adult-only boutique hotel provides sun-soaked sophistication and a unique option to stay in the boho paradise of Ibiza surrounded by contemporary art.

Recalling a kitsch and colourful 1970s Miami, the hotel’s curvy Art Deco-style façade marvels with its curve-edged balconies and a pair of vertical pink fan tails.

When we arrived at the aqua-blue-tiled reception desk, we were told the hotel was part of the Concept Hotel Group which meant we could visit other amazing hotels including SantosTropicana, Dorado and Cubanito (we have already booked this hotel for next summer!).

A Pastel Universe

Our mornings began with relaxing dips in the hotel’s rosy-hued swimming pool. Imagine having this candy-coloured pool all to yourself. Sunrises are so stunning here you’ll think you’re hallucinating!

Then, after having some coffee with delicious tiny muffins and croissants at Andy’s, we would snooze on a sun lounger, relax  in a cabana placed around the water, or try a massage.

Friendly waiters serve great dishes & drinks by the pool during the day as the Dj play your favorite songs. Topped with lettering that spells out Paradiso in a similarly 1920s-esque typeface, Paradiso´s pool bar is worth an Instagram shot or three!

Before going dancing under the stars at the beach, we loved ending our day with a sunset cocktail in the lavender tropical garden.

Candy-coloured rooms

Featuring Marshall speakers, a Smeg fridge, and pastel-soaked furnishings, our Suite was simply irresistible! It’s easy to spend hours up there, taking in lovely views of the picture-perfect pool, preferably with a glass of Champagne in hand.

Our Suite: 240E (breakfast not included)
